JOB SUMMARY
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying needs, and presenting vehicle solutions that align with customer preferences and budgets. You will work closely with your whole sales team and leadership to meet performance goals while delivering a professional, positive, and ethical buying experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • A positive, professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Automotive experience

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals
  • Take initiative in your own development and performance
  • Uphold ethical sales practices and represent the Jim Taylor brand with D.R.I.V.E
