Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • ASE Certification

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience

  • B-level technical skills, including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair

  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and manufacturer specifications

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment

  • Test-drive vehicles to verify concerns and confirm repairs

  • Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs, timelines, and recommendations

  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Stay current on new technology, repair procedures, and service standards
