● A repeatable approach to honest, difficult conversations

● Accountability as an expression of clarity and respect

● How delegation builds ownership and capability
 

After the session, participants should be ready to:

● Coach through a problem instead of immediately solving it

● Hold an accountability conversation they have postponed

● Delegate a responsibility they have unnecessarily retained
