Are you a problem-solver who loves technology and helping people?
TechSavvy is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Tier 1 Support Technician to join our fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) team!
 
If you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same and you’ll get hands-on experience with the latest tech stacks, this is the place for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Being the Hero: Serving as the first point of contact for our clients, providing world-class remote and phone support.
* Solving Puzzles: Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
* Managing Environments: Handling user accounts (onboarding/offboarding) in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
* Documentation: Keeping our "knowledge base" sharp by documenting tickets and solutions accurately.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience in a help desk or MSP environment is a huge plus!
Tech Skills: Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DHCP, DNS, IP).
Soft Skills: A "customer-first" attitude with the ability to explain technical things in plain English.
Reliability: A team player who can manage multiple tickets without breaking a sweat.
