PowerSport Service Technician

The Technician is responsible for repairing and servicing machines within the Service Department. They
must be up to date on warranty policies, vehicle safety updates, and product service trainings. They should
enjoy learning new techniques and skills and solving new challenges. They need to have strong time
management skills, keep a level head, develop creative solutions, and a strong commitment to providing
elevated customer service. There are different levels of technicians (A, B, or C) that dictate the repairs and
service work they perform, and any/all other jobs asked to be completed around the dealership.
