Job Overview

Level Tech Foundation & Concrete Repair is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, conducting in-home consultations, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth throughout the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct customer appointments and property evaluations.
• Present customized foundation and concrete repair solutions to homeowners.
• Perform professional product and service demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Negotiate sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Accurately document customer interactions, estimates, and sales activities using company software.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent Level Tech with professionalism and integrity in the community.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Monroe, LA 71203 before employment.

Preferred

• Experience in outside sales, construction, home improvement, foundation repair, or related industries.
• Experience using CRM or sales-tracking software.
