Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the law firm
- Supervise and support legal assistants, receptionists, and administrative staff
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and workflow
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
- Oversee office scheduling, deadlines, and administrative processes
- Assist attorneys with case management and workflow coordination
- Manage client communications and resolve administrative issues

- Handle confidential client and firm information with discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a law firm required
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and case management systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
