Job Posting – Accounting Controller
The role of an Accounting/ Controller involves overseeing the financial operations of a

Your Impact
• Manage payroll and tax processes
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Monitor and manage inventory records
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis
• Assist in preparing budgets
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3+ years of experience as an accounting generalist or similar role OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.• Experience in an accounting-related role is preferred
• Prior experience in a leadership or management position is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting: Developing and implementing internal control procedures and best
practices to ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsible for all reporting including ad
hoc reports for management.
• Payroll Administration: Processing payroll and reconciliation of payroll reports with
external sources.
• Inventory Control: Monitoring and reporting on inventory levels, deliveries, and shortages.
• Cost Analysis: Analyzing purchasing and sales patterns to predict inventory needs and
prevent overstocking or running out-of-stock.
• Supplier Management: Evaluating different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective
deals
• Budgeting: Prepare and execute yearly Revenue and Expense budget.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams to ensure business goals are met
and providing strategic financial leadership.
*Salary Range is $40,000-$70,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
*Full time: Monday- Friday 8 am -5:00 pm
*Work location: In person - Monroe, LA
