Join North Monroe Baptist Church, the North Monroe Restoration Center and the Monroe Chamber of Commerce for a celebratory ribbon cutting and Open House!  Dr. Bill Dye and Mayor Friday Ellis will be speaking and dedicating the new Family Restoration Center recently expanded to 4,620 Square foot facility.
