NELA Music Awards Ribbon Cutting

Join the Monroe Chamber of Commerce as we cut the ribbon on the NELA Music Awards annual show. Celebrate with us as we will have a 100th birthday party for BB King including cake and view Lucille, BB King's guitar. Ouachita Parish Police Jury President Shane Smiley will read a special proclamation about the event. Look for artists and exhibits, we will see you there!
