Monroe Business Hub/City of Monroe Ribbon Cutting and Open House

Monroe, LA – The City of Monroe announces the official opening of the Monroe Business Hub, a centralized and more accessible location for several key city departments. To celebrate this significant milestone, the public is invited to an Open House and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the new facility located at 1401 Stubbs Avenue. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place promptly at 12:00 PM. This strategic move brings together the Planning and Urban Development, Engineering, Tax & Revenue, and Utility Billing offi ces under one roof, creating a more convenient and effi cient experience for Monroe residents. The newly established Monroe Business Hub underscores the City’s ongoing commitment to enhancing service delivery and providing accessible resources to the community. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the new facility, meet staff members from the various departments, and learn more about the services offered. While the Monroe Business Hub is officially open, the new drive-thru window is anticipated to open soon, further enhancing convenience for residents.
