BE PART OF "THE PEOPLE’S GALLERY"Approved unanimously by the Ouachita Parish Police Jury, we are proud to introduce The People’s Gallery, a rotating community art showcase coming to the Ouachita Parish Courthouse and the OPPJ Administration Building. These buildings belong to the people. The People’s Gallery is an opportunity for these walls to reflect the people, perspectives, and creativity of Ouachita Parish.
The first installation is open to all residents of every generation, from students and first-time creators to experienced and lifelong artists.
