The Baker's Dozen
Enhance your catering, cottage bakery, and restaurant business by learning proper pricing, upselling techniques, and purveyor selection. Attendees will review Kitchen etiquette, Mise en place, and Kitchen Sanitization. Culinary management, branding, and business basics will also be discussed. Refreshments are provided.
