Goal: Address the #1 fear: data exposure and unintended consequences.
- Data rules: what’s safe vs. unsafe to paste (customer lists, passwords, medical/legal/financial data)
- Common risks: hallucinations, oversharing, “shadow AI,” vendor terms, and retention/logging realities
- Simple guardrails: approved tools list, allowed use cases, required human review, and escalation paths
