You are invited to join the Ouachita Parish Police Jury, Richwood Mayor Gerald Brown, Richwood Board of Alderman, and other local and state officials to celebrate the completion of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development's US 165 Roadway Lighting (Ouachita) Project.
The $2.9 million project, funded and constructed by the LA DOTD, addresses safety concerns for pedestrians along the 3.7 miles of roadway.
The press conference will be held at Richwood's Multipurpose Building located at 2710 Martin Luther King Dr., Richwood, LA 71202. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at Richwood High School following the press conference.
