The Family Justice Center of Ouachita Parish\, along with its partners\, will celebrate survivors of domestic violence and those who work to end it at Hope in the Light of Day\, the annual DVAM commemorative ceremony\, Thursday\, October 3 at 10 a.m. at 111 Cotton in West Monroe.
